Angelina Yershova – Resonance Night [Twin Paradox Records]
Compositrice, pianista e producer Angelina Yershova esce con il suo nuovo album “Resonance Night” il 3 febbraio 2017 sulla label romana Twin Paradox Records.
Il seguito di “Piano’s Abyss” acclamato dalla critica (suonato nelle radio di tutta Europa e migliore album del 2016 per la rivista belga Merchants of Air), “Resonance Night” crea un ibrida e risonante dimensione originata da droni che prendono forma dalla sintesi degli strumenti.
Le vibrazioni delle corde, le risonanze, i rumori meccanici dei pedali e i martelli sono trattati elettronicamente, distorti e trasformati fino a quando non si trasformano in texture e droni radicalmente diversi dal loro suono originale e ricchi di evoluzioni ritmiche e dinamiche.
Il piano acustico – interpretato da Angelina Yershova stessa – esprime tutte le emozioni di un viaggio misterioso in questa dimensione sonora.
“Resonance Night” sarà disponibile in pre-order su Bandcamp dal 20 gennaio e sarà rilasciato su tutti i negozi digitali e in edizione limitata su CD il 3 febbraio.

The follow-up of the critically acclaimed “Piano’s Abyss” (who garnered significant airplay all over Europe and was one of 2016’s Albums Of The Year for Belgian magazine Merchants of Air), “Resonance Night” Creates an hybrid and resonant dimension originated by plane drones and shaped by the synthesis of the instrument.
The strings’ vibrations, the resonances, the mechanical noises of the pedals and the hammers are electronically processed, distorted and Transformed until they turn into textures and drones radically different from Their original sound and rich of rhythmical and dynamic evolutions.
The acoustic piano – performed by Angelina Yershova herself – Expresses all the emotions of a mysterious journey Within this sonic dimension.
“Resonance Night” will be available on pre-order on Bandcamp from the 20th of January and it will be released on all digital stores and as a limited edition CD on the 3rd of February.
She graduated at the Kazakh National Conservatory of Music Kurmangazy (Almaty), specialising in Piano Performance and Composition.
She then graduated with the maximum score and honor at the K.Baiseitova Republican Musical College (Almaty) specialising in choral and
symphony orchestra conducting and has obtained a degree in Electronic Music at the S.Cecilia Conservatory (Rome).
