Bio:
Federico Fiume (a.k.a. Morphic Wave) nasce nel 1987 a Roma. La musica è il filo rosso della sua vita: lo accompagna fin da quando è piccolo. Il primo strumento che ha imparato a suonare è stato il pianoforte e da lì è scaturito l’amore nei confronti della musica. Suona il pianoforte fino al liceo per poi dedicarsi all’attività di DJing e allo studio della storia della musica e della composizione, che termina dopo cinque anni di corsi. Finite le scuole superiori, per due anni assiste un’importante musicologa, ed inizia in questo periodo lo studio più approfondito della musica elettronica e il raggiungimento di una costanza nella produzione musicale. Tra i corsi frequentati, il più importante è di grand lunga quello tenuto da Martux – pietra miliare della musica elettronica romana -, che affiancherà per un altro anno in un’attività di collaborazione.
Federico Fiume ( known as Morphic Wave) was born in 1987 in Rome. Since he was a child, Music has been the leading wire of his life. He fell in love with music, when he started to play the piano. This love lasts five years (during high school) and then he commited himself to the djing activity, to the study of music history and composition (5years). After high school, he collaborated for 2 years with an important musicology expert and in those years he studied electronic music more deeply and achieved a steady music production. The most important course was the one led by Martux, an electronic milestone in Rome. Federico will work with him for another year.
