E’ da più di vent’anni il cuore pulsante della scena mondiale\, affermandosi soprattutto recentemente tra le mete indiscusse di giovani produttori ed etichette affermate\, turisti del clubbing e feticisti del vinile\, street life e arte a 360°.\nIn tutto questo splendore emergono realtà più o meno presenti nelle mappe del clubbing berlinese\, ma che pian piano si stanno ritagliando il giusto spazio\, sia nella infinita nightlife della capitale\, sia in ambito di produzione. \nGrounded Theory è certamente una di queste. All’ombra delle situazioni più nominate\, Henning Baer\, boss dell’organizzazione di eventi e booking agency Grounded Theory\, è stato in grado di condurre le strade meno turistiche della capitale\, coinvolgendo tra le fila del suo team artisti come Milton Brandley\, Sleeparchive\, Morbeck\, Dj Pete. Eventi mensili tra Arenaclub prima e allo Stattbad poi\, che hanno visto partecipare l’intera scena techno contemporanea\, tra cui un buon numero di new-comer dal futuro già scritto. \nHENNING BAER è giovane e già molto stimato\, probabilmente per quella invidiabile capacità di puntare sull’innovazione\, sia come promoter che come producer. Sinora ha lasciato la propria impronta sulla Non Series di Psyk\, Sonic Groove di Adam X e nella co-produzione K209 insieme al socio Milton Bradley. La label K209 è ben presente tra gli scaffali di Hard Wax e continua a puntare in alto visto il rispetto guadagnato nell’ambiente. Crudo\, sporco e senza compromessi\, Baer è sicuramente pronto a plasmare il volto della techno per gli anni a venire. \nNell’ideale tappa su Berlino\, W Techno punta sulle infinite vie che questa città propone\, un nome ed un progetto fuori dagli itinerari\, fuori dagli schemi\, come la techno insegna. \nTra gli artisi locali segnaliamo il gran ritorno in Basstation del duo Saimon & Fabrizio Barberis\, un set techno di radevole scoperta ed un’inedita forma. Con loro il resident di W Techno\, Claudio Prc\, inarrestabile\, attento e coinvolgente come sempre. \nA seguire\, in collaborazione con Nightsounds e Moonwalkers\, la notte si allunga con Mezmeric\, C_Sky e Acirne\, l’evento After\, After and After\, come se la musica non avesse motivo di essere spenta.

Luigi Cicchella akaAudio Louis is a talented DJ and producer from Naples. Luigi‘s deep passion for music (not only electronic) has brought him to collaborate in a trip hop band. Co-founder of the Natch label\, Audio Louis is inspired by IDM\, ambient\, dub and techno: his DJ sets combine all these sounds with an exciting fusion. Frankfurt DJL.D.B. completes this qualitative line-up.  The Globus Floor gets lucky tonight with a mighty resident line-up for the gods. He made many dancefloors shake from Mexico city to Ushuaia in the deepest south of the American continent before unleashing his talent worldwide and on many respected labels. ANA co-founded eZOO\, an internet-based radioshow and popular club night in Munich and organised her own underground parties which made her an indispensable part of Munich`s electronic scene. In 2010 she cofounded Harry Klein Records with fellow residents where already some highly recommended vinyls were released. With Argentinien DJ Paulo and Globus resident Handmade\, this Friday night wraps the groove with quality. The Tresor Floor welcomes Donato Dozzy: few DJs and producers are as widely and universally acclaimed in techno circles as ItalianDonato Dozzy. Never one to pay heed to the zeitgeist\, he prefers to deal in hypnotic soundscapes that really take you on a trip. Leaning on acid\, ambient and of course techno\, you will be amazed at the power of his set. Dadub is a meeting of two minds\, Daniele Antezza and Giovanni Conti\, a duo whose collaboration started not in their native Italy\, but in Berlin. They take dub and push it into the deepest corners of techno and out to the ambient-IDM fringes\, seriously deep and have been showcased internationally at Barcelona’s Sonar festival\, Germany’s Melt! festival and in clubs from Berlin to Moscow and New York. Voices of the Lake artistNeel and Tresor resident Mareena compliment this ambitious program tonight.
