Ekar Records
Ekar is not an actual label. It’s a sharing-platform that allows Air Protection Office and some few close friends to publish their works, music and artworks. The label is the result of many experiences, all starting from a bucolic life and influenced by the unavoidable and necessary relationship with technology in this late industrial age.
All Ekar releases can be downloaded for free and some Albums/EPs are available on CDs. The free download is a fundamental aspect of the label, while the release on CD is a new project. The packaging is handmade, carefully designed and printed, and the artworks are often the result of collaborations between Ekar and some friends, with whom the label shares purposes and views.
